Soto Madura Ngatidjo, prepared and tasted as Madura's ( small island near Surabaya city )authentic food. 2. Nasi Uduk 84, an authentic Jakarta's food. 3. Mie celor Palembang, an authentic food from Palembang, a city from Sumatra Island. 4. Seafood Bangka, serve Chinese SeaFood 5. Martabak Manis ( Indonesian Pancake, inside are peanut, chocolate rice, cheese, sesame ) 6. Fresh Fried Corn 7. Soto Kaki Kambing H. Dudung ( serve goat's meat in soup ) All are yummy.
