• Lyon Restaurant is located in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, in the heart of city, in front of Plaza Indonesia Mall. The specialty is French Cuisine with everyday heralds a new menu du jour created by chefs. Of course variety of wines are also ready to serve.The decor is truly France, with a checked floor and some woods. Here are samples of the menu: 1. Assorted Charcuterie (includes pork) slices of homemade pâté, cured sausage and cured ham served with condiments 2. Poached Asparagus Salad With truffled vinaigrette and shaved parmesan 3.French Onion Soup gratinated with Emmental cheese 4. Cassoulet Braised white bean stew with preserved duck leg, lamb shoulder and sausage 5. Bouillabaisse (includes alcohol) red snapper, monkfish, octopus and shellfish cooked in a saffron fish broth served with house farm bread and rouille sauce 6. Steak Frites pan seared sirloin steak served with French fries 7. Choucroute (includes pork) Riesling wine braised sauerkraut served with ham, bacon, sausage and boiled potatoes
