Raja Baso Tahu Saboga

Description:

  • Saboga displays siomay (steam fish dumpling), batagor (fried meatball-and-tofu), baso (meatball), tahu (tofu), bakwan (local fried wonton) in their open kitchen and lets the customer decide which one they prefer. Siomay and batagor will be served with peanut sauce, baso and tahu will be served as soup, while bakwan can be eaten both ways. For a crash course on the menu, try them all together. Don't miss the West Javanese delicacy batagor, soft on the inside but crispy on the outside but for those who doesn't like fried stuff that much, go for siomay. Though customers can mix and match as they wish, Saboga does have a set menu for the less adventurous. – Kenny Santana
