• Some of the best seafood and vegetarian dishes are found at this laid-back alfresco hangout on the cliffs. Instead of the usual Red Stripe beer, you can visit the juice bar and sample the tropical punches with or without rum. Menus change daily, depending on what's available in the local markets. About seven main courses are offered nightly, mostly seafood and vegetarian platters, featuring grilled kingfish steak and pan-fried snapper. Lobster is prepared in many different ways, and everything is accompanied by rice and peas along with steamed vegetables. The homemade desserts are luscious, especially the pineapple-carrot cake, our favorite.
