A lazy and soothing trip on the serene river with a canopy of trees overhead

  • Description:

    • Rafting on the Martha Brae River is the most relaxing way to spend a day. Float gently down the river on a bamboo raft as your guide regales you with tales of the slave girl Martha after whom the river is named. The water is tranquil and you are enshrouded in a canopy of trees cocooning you away from the outside world. A gift shop and restaurant are at the rafters village and your guide may offer for you to stop and take a dip in the cool waters of the Martha Brae. It's a truly great way to simply float away.
