My niece and I are staying in Negril for a week and are interested in doing some hiking. Any suggestions or thoughts?
Are there any local tours or reputable local tour guides that might assist us?

I am not aware of any hiking trail in Negril, but you and your niece would probably like to visit Jamaica Zoo which is in Lacovia St. Elizabeth, Appleton Rum Estate, see Holland Bamboo and also the YS Falls. When you visit these places, you are actually touching base with nature!!
