All the time! They open early in the morning (between 7 and 9) and stay open till 9-11 at night during the night, later on Thursdays, Fridays and weekends.

The Bars usually open from very early..in urban areas you are able to be entertained from dusk till dawn...lol. as there are clubs and entertainment lounges all across the city. In the rural areas bars open as early as 8am to 12midnight

bars open as early as 8am and close midnight, bars usually close very late on weekend (Friday, Saturday). some closes as late as 4 in the morning.
