Whats a fairly cheap way to get from Montego Bay airport to Ocho Rios? What about Viator?

On arrival, immediately after customs go to the JUTA desk. Tell them you wish to travel to Ocho Rios with other passengers. Make it clear that you don't want to travel in a taxi. If they can't help you, approach any of the tour companies - tropical or exclusive and ask them if they can take an 'air-only' passenger to Ocho Rios. They will put you with their pre-paid guests. use a REGISTERED JUTA driver ONLY ..they are available at the airport SOMETIMES you can 'hitch' a ride for $$v with a hotel driver picking up guests going to Ochie You must ask for a SHARED vehicle. FYI there are basically 2 directions when leaving airport for most arrivals, Negril or Ochie (local term for Ocho Rios) have a ball

viator would be a no. the cheapest way is by taking regular taxi, because their rates are always less than the tour guides. if interested i know a taxi drive and is prices are negotiable.
