  • Devised as a more intimate and gracious alternative to the large city hotel, the Grace is within walking distance of Rosebank's boutiques, galleries, and art cinemas, and retains a gracious London gentleman's club atmosphere, a stark contrast to the over-the-top opulence of Fairlawns. Wood paneling, generously sized sofas, gold-framed paintings, and well-thumbed books create a serene, comfortable, and warm atmosphere in the lobby, while standard rooms are equally comforting. Staff are excellent and will do their utmost to ensure your stay is a success (although it's worth noting that rooms don't sufficiently block outside noise). Business travelers who need to be close to the action use the Grace as a base, but for all its refinement, it also attracts its fair share of package tourist groups.
