I just spent 6 days at the resort and had a nice time until check out. The person helping me was Alex Pratt. It said on his name tag he was the supervisor. Now there was two errors...

Beautiful views from our room. Just breathtaking! So peaceful and the pool is really nice with gorgeous views as well. We enjoyed drinks by the cabana bar and ate dinner at the restaurant....

The banquet captain that works there was just horrible to me and my family!!! She was only concerned about herself. Her attitude towards married men is just totally inappropriate!!!!!
