From the Airport

Shuttle: Airport Shuttle Bus- The RED BUS is available for transport to and from the Circle Parking Lots and between terminals. The BLUE BUS will take you to the economy parking lots. There is no charge for service and buses arrive approximately every 10 minutes. Lift-equipped buses are available by calling +1 816 243 5219.

Bus: The Kansas City Metro Bus ( +1 816 221 0660/ http://www.kcata.org ) operates at KCI Monday through Friday. Metro buses accept cash and Monthly Bus Passes. The fare from KCI is $1. Check website for routes and schedules.

Taxi: Rates are $1.70 plus $1.60 per mile, but may vary due to traffic delays and waiting time. Taxis can be easily located outside each terminal of KCI. Available Cab Companies include:

Train

Amtrak Union Station ( +1 816 421 3622, +1 800 872 7245/ http://www.amtrak.com ) is located at 30 West Pershing Rd. There are two rail lines servicing the state of Missouri. The Kansas City Mule and St. Louis Mule travel daily between St. Louis and Kansas City. The Ann Rutledge travels daily from Kansas City to Chicago, IL.

Bus

Greyhound Bus ( +1 800 231 2222/ http://www.greyhound.com ) is open from 5:30a to 11:59p everyday of the week. The station is located at 1101 Troost. There is also a limited service at the Kansas City Amtrak station, but no tickets can be purchased at this location.

Car

From the northern states, take Interstate 35 or 29 south, which will lead you right into Kansas City. Follow Interstate 70 to Kansas City from both the west and east sides of the city.

Public Transit

Kansas City Area Transit Authority provides a metro bus service ( +1 816 221 0660/ http://www.kcata.org) with arrivals every 5-60 minutes, depending on the time and day you are traveling. Metro Stations are conveniently located at Independence on the Square and Bannister Mall.
