It serves authentic Hawaiian cuisine, and the vegetables are grown organically and sourced from local farmers. All the food is cooked on traditional Kiawe - a mesquite wood which adds flavor to the food. Try the local fare especially the catch of the day, like Seafood Lau Lau, Steamer Basket with Hawaiian snapper or the Hawaiian Hot pot, sugar cane skewered shrimp and scallops.
