• The Seaview Terrace located in Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa offers an incredible view of the Bay in front of the hotel as well as a fabulous view of the resort itself. In this hip lounge one can sip on tropical drinks and enjoy the local Hawaiian entertainment. The morning menu consists of freshly made pastries, cakes, juice and coffee. The lounge also offers a splendid variety of cocktails and local appetizers known as 'pupu'. The evenings are a lovely time to visit the Seaview Terrace as you can peacefully watch the beautiful Hawaiian sunset, which is followed by the traditional torch lighting ceremony.
