• Here's another ultraromantic restaurant at the Grand Hyatt: A cluster of Polynesian-style thatched bungalows overlook the lagoon in a dreamy, open-aired restaurant with Tiki torches flickering in the moonlight. The atmosphere would be enough to make you book a table, but the cuisine is outstanding, a definite "do not miss." Their specialty is fresh fish, which they prepare in a number of ways (the signature dish is macadamia-nut-crusted mahimahi with a Kahlúa, lime, and ginger butter sauce), but they also have juicy steaks and ribs, as well as entrees for vegetarians. Service is quick and efficient. Book early, and ask for a table overlooking the water.
