Description:
For more than a quarter of a century Roger Kennedy has been making tacos and burritos in Hanalei. For years, you could find him working out of his green "taco wagon" parked along the road. But recently Roger has come up in the world; he now has a permanent restaurant (with wood floors and seating along the outside lanai, where you can people-watch) in the Hanalei Building. But he's still serving his tasty assortment of tacos and burritos, plus his signature "fat Jack" (a 10-inch deep-fried tortilla with cheese, beans and beef, or fish). Roger does warn everyone about his tasty treats: "Not to be consumed 1 hour before surfing!" Just as he did with his taco wagon, Roger still offers "anything you want to drink, as long as its lemonade."

Great spot for lunch or an easy dinner

Food was great and portions were large. We ate here a few times during the week we were in Princeville. The value is great and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent Tacos a little over priced.

The tacos are great but a little over priced. Just a note, fish on the island is very expensive so that may be why they are a little pricey. The service is just average and atmosphere...
