Description:

• Just a few miles north of the Lihue Airport, the Wailua Municipal Golf Course offers 18 holes, a golf shop, locker rooms with showers, a driving range, putting and chipping greens, and a practice bunker. For two players, tee times can be booked up to seven days in advance, while single golfers go out on a stand-by basis. The course offers blue tees at a 6,991 yardage, white tees at a 6,585 yardage, and red tees at 5,974 yardage.
  

  The course lines the ocean, and the ocean breeze enhances the experience. Visitor weekday price is $48, and weekends and holidays are $60. Kama'aina rates are $15 weekdays, weekends and holidays $20. Twilight prices are offered in the morning and afternoon for half the daily rate. Junior and senior rates are also offered. A motorized cart available for $18. Don't be shocked that it's directly across from the Kaua'i Correctional Facility.
