Description:
- Enjoy a relaxed dinner, a casual late meal or an after-theatre desert at one of the Okanagan's most inspired restaurants, the Cabana Grille. Kelowna's excellence for fine dining is highlighted at the Cabana, a recipient of Vancouver Magazine's Silver Award for Best Okanagan Restaurant. Its fusion of Canadian, Asian, European and Latin flavours is exemplified in its Maple Szechuan tuna and the rotisserie chicken trivella. Unusual deserts include an elegant rendition of the all-Canadian favourite fudge brownie, and the Cabana's mini "apple pie" with whiskey caramel. Prices are moderate, and children under 12 eat free January to March, Sunday to Tuesday.
The Cabana is located across from Kelowna's beachfront on Lakeshore Drive and is open for lunch and dinner from June through August. The restaurant opens at 4:00 p.m. during the winter for dinner, light meals and deserts. Saturdays feature live music.
