- Featuring organic and locally grown ingredients, the RauDZ Regional Table offers an inspired culinary experience based on a simple premise: local is great. The brainchild of the Chef Rod Butters and Audrey Surrao, the restaurant prides itself on its B.C.-local dishes that are anything but ordinary. Starters include focacia topped with smoked salmon, fried capers, pickled onions, arugula and sour cream – a Kelowna and Victoria-inspired dish. Main dishes include oat-crusted Artic char accompanied by maple butter and potato, bacon and spinach sauté (Yukon). RauDZ's wines are equally specialized, with 90 percent of its labels coming from local wineries. Located on Kelowna's popular Water Street, RauDZ Regional Table is a great way to experience local organic specialties made with the best ingredients.
