    • The Blue Parrot is a relaxed friendly and quiet house that welcomes all adults (16+). Originally built in 1884, the inn reflects classic Bahamian charm with an overlay of Victorian gingerbread. Sweeping verandas provide outside access to the rooms. It is located just off US1 (Truman Ave), and only 2 blocks from the famous Duval St. Beaches, restaurants, clubs, shops and galleries are all within very easy walking distance. The setting is secluded with lush tropical foliage and exotic plants abound in our gardens. A buffet breakfast is included each morning by our pool, which is heated for your comfort. Our rooms vary in size and decor but all feature AC, ceiling fan, phone, cable TV and private bath. Most also have a refrigerator. Ten minutes from airport. Reservations strongly suggested.
