This is my favorite stay in Key West -- too bad it's always booked. Once a cigar factory, Simonton Court features meticulously appointed restored historic cottages and suites amidst sparkling pools and luxuriant private gardens. There are several options to choose from: bed and breakfast, cottages, guesthouse, mansion, and inn. Some cottages even have their own pools. There's no restaurant here, but the well informed concierge will help you with reservations anywhere no matter what you crave. What I really crave, however, is a standing reservation here. People love the place so much, they book years in advance. Once you stay here, if you're lucky, you'll understand why.
