  The Houben is located near the beach in Ko Lanta and close to Ba Kan Tiang Beach, Mu Ko Lanta National Park, and Klong Nin Beach. Regional points of interest also include Long Beach and Klong Dao Beach.

  The Houben's restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A poolside bar and a bar/lounge are open for drinks. Room service is available during limited hours. At the 4.0-star property, accommodations include kitchenettes with refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers, jetted bathtubs, phones, and makeup/shaving mirrors. Partially open bathrooms are available in select guestrooms. Wired high-speed and wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to in-room safes, guestrooms offer direct-dial phones. 22-inch plasma televisions have premium cable channels, free movie channels, and DVD players.
