- As you can imagine with the Sheraton Hotel, this bar is sophisticated and clean, and run by immaculately turned-out waiters. Despite its existential name, this is a favourite spot to take Hong Kong newcomers for a drink. With a capacity of more than 250, the interior soon fills with customers attracted by the views and the music. Several bands play here between 7.30pm-midnight, and a typical evening involves a cocktail of rhythm and blues, soul and salsa. A disco also runs from 10.30pm to closing.
