• This snazzy, cool restaurant is more than just an eating space. Walk into the awesome penthouse, to be greeted by 21-foot windows overlooking some spectacular views of the city and the sea. Inside, two separate dining spaces cater to Japanese and Italian tastes, while a luxuriant bar upstairs provides a great space to unwind. A hefty cover charge per head makes the place quite heavy on the wallet, but the food, drinks and service are well worth it. The Aqua Roma space offers regular Italian delights, such as antipasto, cream soups, spaghetti, pastas, risottos, pizzas and fillets. The Aqua Tokyo holds more promise, with exotic-sounding fish and grilled dishes alongside more familiar options, such as sushi, sashimi, rice and noodles. Don't miss out on the traditional Saki. Both spaces offer a variety of desserts, each better than the next. The service is friendly, though it can be a tad tardy, but the staff is unobtrusive, leaving patrons to enjoy a leisurely meal.
