The house version "Vincent" is stuffed with minced meat and spicy lentils and served with fried onions and bits of bacon. Other concoctions include Moroccan-inspired couscous pierogies and "Górale" pierogies stuffed with sheep's cheese. Try it with a cup of homemade beet soup.
