With just 250 rooms, including 30 suites, the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur is a rather intimate, boutique styled accommodation within easy reach to the buzzing Golden Triangle. The hotel, though not located on Jalan Bukit Bintang, is connected to Starhill Gallery and sister hotel the JW Marriot through a covered walkway. The Ritz-Carlton is elegantly classic with plenty of warm tones, luxurious furnishings and wood. Deluxe rooms are furnished with plush beds, extra large pillows, marble-clad bathrooms with separate rain shower and tub, spacious work stations with iPod docking station, high definition flat screen TVs, Broadband and full butler service. Expect also a turn-down service. The draw – a butler-drawn bath awaits you (for all rooms). The Village Spa is upscale and exclusive, offering some very relaxing treatments (do book a day in advance). There are two pools (one contained within the spa), a gym and four restaurants. Service is spot-on.
