Cilantro Restaurant and Wine Bar thrives on a loyal audience smitten by the level of energy with Chef Takashi Kimura's swank French-Japanese cuisine. His philosophy is well-cooked dishes, using exotic Asian ingredients that are carefully selected. These include dishes such as unagi with foie gras, wagyu tail hochepot and challandais duck with wasabi. The space is all strong good looks, with a serene Zen-like interior.
