- Cilantro Restaurant and Wine Bar thrives on a loyal audience smitten by the level of energy with Chef Takashi Kimura's swank French-Japanese cuisine. His philosophy is well-cooked dishes, using exotic Asian ingredients that are carefully selected. These include dishes such as unagi with foie gras, wagyu tail hochepot and challandais duck with wasabi. The space is all strong good looks, with a serene Zen-like interior. The tones are earthy neutrals and the seating is plush – all elements that bring a sense of comfort and class to your dining experience. The moment you step into Cilantro Restaurant and Wine Bar you know for sure that you're about to have an amazing dining experience. Chef Takashi Kimura does not disappoint. Opt for the degustation menu – bite size morsels- and finish with a nightcap at the cool bar. Cilantro, one of the city's first real fine-dining establishments, was recently listed in the Miele Guide as one of Asia's top 10 restaurants (2010/2011).
