The food that arrives at your table not only looks exquisite but tastes splendid. French chef Nathalie Arbefeuille creates mod French dishes with a subtle Asian slant. Dishes are a delight to the senses; colors are vivid, textures are varied and aromas are plentiful and layered. Interesting ingredients such as Szechuan pepper, pearl beans and espelette chili churn out impeccably cooked dishes. Expect dishes such as three finger food featuring delicate morsels of tuna on blini, lightly seared scallop with Szechuan pepper foam and onion jam, and gingerbread and foie gras cremeux; lamb loin stuffed with fresh mint, roasted garlic and espelette chili, pearl beans in a broth, mint oil; and lemon and thyme marinated ikan kurau
, scallops and oyster tartar, cress emulsion. Nathalie is renowned for her desserts- imagine Jivara and orange chocolate tart; apple tatin tart with caramel ice cream; and matcha green tea tiramisu with a touch of chocolate. The interior exudes a glam feel with purple and gray color accents complete with pendant lighting and plush chairs and white linen covered tables. Expect monthly menu changes.
