- It's finger licking and a life time experience - great crabs in fantastic sauces. One can order several varities - steamed , hot and spicy, sweet and sour, mild/hot curry flavours or crisply fried crabs. A special bread is served with the crabs to tuck in the delicious sauce the crabs are cooked in. There is always a line here and it would be best to go there at 6.30pm to get a table. The best way to go is in fours as you can order two varities and have a life time experience. Be ready to be messy as you hammer the hard shells and get to dig into the juicy flesh with your fingers - the Malaysian way. This is no place for fine dining as people sniff and blow into tissues and stuff themselves with the mouth watering crabs. You may order rice if you are rice eater but the bread is just unique to this place. The best drink for this ocassion is hot Chinese tea and some drink beer. One would usually crave for this experience again and again. I went to this place at least once a month after my first time. The tables are set outdoors and on rainy days umbrellas are opened up. Loads of locals and foreigners throng to this place as word gets around. Indeed a great place to savour the largest and juiciest crabs. Prices are fair but not considered cheap . All races and people from different walks of life come here to savour this delicacy. It is indeed an authentic Malaysian experience and if you are interested in observing - feel free.
