• Nathalie's Gourmet Studio offers sublime French bistro-style cooking with a slight Asian twist. The menu changes monthly, featuring a choice of 5 appetizers, 5 mains and 5 desserts. Previous delights have included appetizers such as crispy tomato, sweet pepper and basil tart and pan fried scallops with fresh ginger sauce; main courses like chicken with sage and old mustard, white bean and coffee emulsionned broth and cod fish on a marinated cauliflower tartar, potato mille-feuille and orange butter sauce. Desserts are typically to-die-for. Imagine the likes of bitter chocolate tart with coconut sorbet and strawberry transparence, lime and ginger mouse and Italian basil sorbet. Sample her macaroons that come in 13 different flavors – there's raspberry, chocolate and coconut. The restaurant stays open till 6pm everyday except Sunday and opens for dinner twice a month.
