Description:

Pak Loh Chiu Chow is an opulent recreation of a traditional Chinese restaurant with a large dining decorated in striking red and gold and a cluster of private dining rooms with antique furnishings. The whole place oozes glamour, with rich textures, sparkling crystal and daring Teochew cuisine. Sip on dainty cups of tea to cleanse and prepare the palate for the gastronomic feast to come. Order from over twenty types of tea or get something stronger brought over from the Village Bar nearby. The menu features cold fish, lion-head goose, deep-fried fresh prawn balls, cold flower crab, braised goose feet, Siew Fong pork with its crunchy crust and for dessert, soft fingers of taro coated with crystalline rock sugar.
