Description:

Shook! practices an open kitchen concept where you can watch the action unfold. It's great fun to watch chefs prepare and cook dishes that arrive at your table. The restaurant's four diverse kitchens serve up Chinese, Italian, Japanese and Western cuisine. You'll be spoilt for choice here with their extensive menu. Shook! plays host to the annual Starhill Gallery's Midsummer Nights Feast, which features International Michelin–star chefs. The wine list covers major regions in France and Italy, plus wines from Australia, Chile, Spain and South Africa. The décor is seriously modern; with a large circular bar for the fashionably thin crowd to perch upon and to be entertained by live music.
