The kitchen works with the freshest ingredients to produce some of the town's best sushi, sashimi (thick slices) and overall Japanese fare. You are guaranteed top-notch food (think unagi foie gras), a Zen-like ambiance and efficient service at Shangri-la's signature dining spot. Prices can be a little steep but that's only to be expected. Affordable set lunches are also available. Reservations are recommended. Do pop by for their buffet lunch that's available on weekends only.
