- Budding Formula One hopefuls will find the Asian Festival of Speed (AFOS) held by Motorsport Asia to be an appealing testing ground for their skills. The Asian Touring Car Championship (ATCC), Formula BMW Asia (FBMW) and Porsche Carrera Cup Asia (PCCA) will be part of the festival. The ATCC will feature touring cars, like the normal family cars you find on the roads but with engines tuned to give super-car performances. Formula BMW Asia will see ultra-modern standard specification race cars compete with each other. The PCCA will be one of the fastest 'one-make series' races in the world. Events will be held in Malaysia, Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Macau.
