friends...I'll go to KL at 15-19october with a friend, please suggest me attraction/places to visit. we are a budget traveler, Thanks!
we'd like to go to Genting, is it far from KL? is it expensive? is walking at midnite safe there? if we got lost, do local ppl friendly to ask?

Genting from KL is less than one hour's drive. But if u dont drive, then there are a few options. You could get a taxi there (but its costly). Or you could take a bus to the town just below Genting and then get the skyway up. GOod view and enjoyable ride. Generally, u have to be careful anywhere in Malaysia after midnight. But if you are with friends, then it's not a problem. Where do u plan to walk?
Locals are generally friendly and helpful, though not all would be fluent in English. But when it comes to tips, and paying for extra services, just be careful, whether locals or not.

As said by Joshua Genting is a must in malaysia.You can go to Puduraya, KLCC or Terminal Outra by MRT and take the Genting Express bus. It costs only41 M$ for bus transfer, cable car transfer and entry fee for outdoor theme park. Anyway avoid going there on a public holiday, because there will be a big crowd.
