Is Hari Raya Puasa in kuala lumpur a good day for a Singaporean Chinese to visit for vacation? Are most businesses open?

Yes, Hari Raya Puasa is probably one of the best times to visit for holidays! Except for "pure" Malay restaurants, which are few and far in between, everything else is open and the best thing is: since many people leave KL for long holidays elsewhere, the traffic is wonderfully clear! Most businesses will be open. Watch out for the cinemas though - long holidays means school kids will be thronging the cinemas so the lines will be long.

dont worry be happy a lot shop open for public..
the best month to visit here because the best part is in fasting day got many food to sell and non in other day only fasting month.. but in raya day many small- small shop close, only the big shopping complex open to people..
the 3rd raya day the most shop open againt..
