it depend.
if you use taxi it's only about 15 to 20 minutes (depend on traffic situation)
if you use LRT, from china town take LRT putra in Pasar seni station and take KLCC as the destination.

Hi,
If you are planning to head to KLCC from Petaling Jaya, I would recommend taking the train. You can just walk to Pasar Seni Putra LRT station which is about 5-10 mins walk. Take a train for about 5-10 minutes. Beware of taxi haggling in the area as they may charge you an exorbitant amount. Plus, it is not wise to take a cab to KLCC as it is a very jam proned area.
