i suggest u go to bukit bintang celebrate ur 18 b'day..
because bukit bintang have more choice of restaurant. like jogoya restaurant..

Mdm Kwans Rest onli famous for their Nasi Lemak other then that not much,i would suggest more up trend restaurant like Chilis n Fridays.cheers!

really it depends a lot on what you feel like having for the night. bangsar is one of malaysias best food haven, you can find local stuff to super fine japanese restaurant!
how adventurous are you with trying new food? ;-)
one bangsar has an array of fine restaurants for you to pick from, call 03.22872685, bangsar seafood garden, hideki japanese restaurant, le francais fine dining, saffron..or the famous vietnamese restaurant called cungdinh vietnam! there are a few more you could choose from, really
delicious bangsar village, somebody mentioned it here if im not mistaken..

def a place with a view ok the beautiful skyline of Kuala Lumpur. recommend bars such as Skybar, Trader's hotel ; Luna Bar, Pacific Regency and also another bar at G-tower. all three offer spectacular lights of the city
