Kum Leng is one of the top restaurants in Kuantan. A bit cramped, it's always doing a good business but there's rarely a wait. Try the fried chicken with dry chile topped with onions and cashew nuts, or the fried chile prawns with shells. They're very fresh and not too spicy.
