i do not have a car. would like to ask for options to go up frasers hill

You would need to rent a car to go to Fraser Hill. There's no public transport to go up the hill. If you are departing from Kuala Lumpur, you will have to go by train and catch a cab from there. The price is quite expensive hence it may be cheaper for you to rent a small car.
