Description:
Located in a compound set off of the street, the hotel looks vaguely central Asian, vaguely Communist. This is a decent budget option, with bright, airy (but dusty) rooms, and bathrooms that are in pretty good shape. Standard rooms can be bargained down to ¥120 ($16/£7.80) even in the high season. The staff is friendly and helpful.
