Description:
- The English-speaking proprietor will give you a hearty welcome at this small cafe-bar in the center of the city, located just off Kawaramachi Street. The clientèle ranges from 20 to 50 years of age. They come here for the Brazilian music and the cheap food and drinks. The rather spartan seating arrangements are offset by the spiral staircase, which takes you to the even smaller second floor. From this spot you can take in the street scene below through the large windows. Be careful not to fall out!
