This center is essentially a multi-purpose venue offering several halls and meetings rooms all dedicated to betterment of art by conducting events, conferences and concerts in them. The art center has a multi purpose hall, a meeting room, several studios for research work and creation of music and two display galleries. Besides there are some refreshments centers to energize the weary heads who work here. The library of the center has some interesting books on arts and culture apart from other selection.
