- This is Must place to visit when you visit Kyoto. One of the famous main street in Gion. Many restaurants and Okiya (Maiko/Geiko's houses) are lined along the street. The look are 100 years ago in Kyoto, very traditional! You would be so attracted with this exotic mood in this area. And especially, if you're lucky, you would come across Maiko on the street, very beautiful and unforgettable moment...
