    • Maizuru is a great location in Kyoto for surfing , water skiing , jet skiing and many more . From Kyoto central it takes about 2 ~ 3 hours by train . The beaches are located on the west side of Japan , Japan sea . Maizuru is also famous for winter dishes such as large crab and seafood . All year round place to visit .
