Many hotels are cautious about booking Hyotei as it is very expensive and has strict cancellation policies. The best chance you may have is to explain to the concierge that you are happy to offer your credit card details as a guarantee so that in the case you do cancel they can charge the cancellation fee. It starts from 27,000JPY per person and that does not include tax or service.
