    • This is not a normal restaurant, it actually is like a small food market. Many vendors (mostly women) have a cubicle-kitchen to prepare their specilities, in friers, pans or grill, they cook sauseges, bovine heart meat ("anticucho"), very thin burger-like disk with fried egg ("silpancho", in teh picture) and others; there are also sodas ando other typical refreshments. The place is interestiing because it is popular (for bolivians that have not much money but still want to eat well), and for that reason it doesn't make part of the tourist circuits (some may consider it anti-hygienic and/or insecure, it is not). The food served there is very delicous and has the authentic La Paz flavor!!
