Whenever possible, they try to make their gelato from organic ingredients grown right on Maui such as lilikoi, pineapple, and Kula strawberries. With 24 colorful and different flavors daily it's hard to decide on what to buy, so it's nice they give you complimentary samples to help in your decision.
