Description:
- This establishment is named for owner Paul Fleming, who is well-known for his other fine dining restaurant, PF Chang's. The spacious dining room is covered in dark woods, contrasted by white linen tablecloths. Prime, hand-cut steaks top the menu along with fine seafood selections. Do not be surprised when you see the bone still attached to your choice cut. The chef leaves the bone attached to preserve the meat's natural flavor. Accompany your steak with a glass of premium wine. There is a full bar and more than 100 imported and domestic wines available by the glass.
