- Disney's Polynesian Resort is the most romantic hotel in all of Florida. The white sand beaches are perfect, the Nanea (Volcano) pool will take your breath away, and the Tiki Torches add a special island touch. The Polynesian brings back memories, or dreams being on one of the islands and watching the sunset. You won't want to miss this hotel.
