• Situated at the Baker Creek Chalet, this small, woody restaurant is simple, cozy, elegant, and simply some of the best food to be found for kilometers. It focuses on local ingredients simply but inventively prepared -- recent menu items included blue crab and prawn cakes in coconut, curry and lime ginger aioli, aromatic smoke-roasted game hen, cedar plank wild salmon and bison short ribs. Chef Shelley Robinson is also an expert pastry chef, so save room for dessert.
